Alternative dispute resolution saves time, encourages the maintenance of business relationships and, consequently, increases market reputation. Ivana is a registered Mediator with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Croatia, a member of the Croatian Mediation Association (HUM) and an advocate of mandatory conciliation clauses in all types of contracts and agreements.

We have been providing analytical legal services for over 10 years, consulting and representing foreign corporations present in the Republic of Croatia, from the retail, banking and IT sectors to the renewable energy sources sector. In addition, we investigate and include all available facts for the purpose of realistic assessment and strategic planning. It is this ability that enables the client to understand us easily and contributes to faster decision-making, resulting in minimal costs.

We are particularly proud of our long-term cooperation with every client - with some of them for even 15 years. Dedication to representing employees in labour disputes and to mediating with employers, i.e. resolving manager issues confirms over and over again that a company’s most valuable asset are its people.
