Ivana is a legal expert in procedural and corporate law.
Since 2006, she advised international companies across the retail, manufacturing, IT, media and energy sectors on commercial, tax, land registry and labor law, as well as business compliance.
She takes a strategic approach to the legal procedures for obtaining permits for the exploration and exploitation of renewable energy sources.
Leading a team of ambitious lawyers, as a visionary in mediation and a certified mediator, she advocates peaceful resolution of legal disputes while at the same time adapting to innovations in the legal sector.
Ivana has been independently running her law firm since 2014.
From 2005 to the end of 2013, as a lawyer in a law firm in Zagreb, she was in charge of real estate projects, participated in bank due diligence procedures, acquisitions and mergers of companies, provided representation in litigations from the areas of commercial and labour law, as well as bankruptcy and enforcement.
Ivana is a member of the Working Group for Energy Legislation at the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK), Sector for Industry and Sustainable Development. She actively participates in domestic and international conferences as well as advancing her expertise in the MBA Energy and Sustainability postgraduate study programme in England.
For the past 4 years, Ivana has gained experience by providing counselling and representation services in the implementation of complex legal regulations in all phases of projects in the field of renewable energy sources, with an emphasis on geothermal energy.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, Luka started working in a law office. He provides legal support in the areas of commercial, status, administrative and land registry law and actively participates in administrative procedures in the area of renewable energy sources. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Luka completed the WIPO General Intellectual Property Course and Elements of AI.
